Semester 1 – Foundations of Global Management

Semester 2 – Specialisation and Applied Business Skills
- Advanced study in sustainability, organisational behaviour, business law, and global development
- Professional workshops led by experienced practitioners in crisis management, strategic communication, and digital transformation
Semester 3 – Professional Integration and Leadership Practice
- Internship (6 ECTS): optional credit-bearing professional placement or approved immersion module
- Capstone preparation focused on consulting and problem-solving skills
Final Stage
- Capstone Consulting Project (24 ECTS): a real-world strategic or operational challenge delivered for a partner organisation
- Final presentation and graduation from the Geneva School of Diplomacy
Admissions Requirements
Applicants must hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (EQF Level 6). Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered based on relevant professional experience.
