The programme is designed to address real-world management challenges through applied learning, strategic frameworks, and professional engagement. Students develop advanced managerial and leadership capabilities grounded in global business realities and organisational impact.

Programme Structure

The MBA is delivered over three academic semesters, followed by a final applied project̂ capstone stage.

Semester 1 – Foundations of Global Management

  • Core courses in leadership, strategy, marketing, finance, and management systems
  • Skills development strengthening communication, teamwork, and analytical capabilities

Semester 2 – Specialisation and Applied Business Skills

  • Advanced study in sustainability, organisational behaviour, business law, and global development
  • Professional workshops led by experienced practitioners in crisis management, strategic communication, and digital transformation

Semester 3 – Professional Integration and Leadership Practice

  • Internship (6 ECTS): optional credit-bearing professional placement or approved immersion module
  • Capstone preparation focused on consulting and problem-solving skills

Final Stage

  • Capstone Consulting Project (24 ECTS): a real-world strategic or operational challenge delivered for a partner organisation
  • Final presentation and graduation from the Geneva School of Diplomacy

Admissions Requirements

Applicants must hold a recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (EQF Level 6). Candidates from other academic backgrounds may be considered based on relevant professional experience.

English language proficiency

Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following (or equivalent):

  • IELTS 6.5
  • TOEFL iBT 85
  • Cambridge C1 Advanced
  • Duolingo English Test 115

Applicants who have completed prior studies fully in English may be eligible for a waiver, subject to assessment.

Tuition and Fees

  • Application fee: CHF 300 (non-refundable)
  • Enrolment fee: CHF 1,500
  • Tuition fee (MBA – 1.5 years): CHF 45,000

Tuition fees cover academic instruction. Living expenses, travel, and personal costs are not included.
